There’s nothing better than starting the day in the right way, and this yoga routine will gently wake up your body and prepare you for the day ahead.
This routine starts with the classic Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) and then moves on to leg raises and other stretches that one by one will make you flex all the muscles in your body.
